Bruceshaw provided cost management and CDM Advisor services on this office project in Wimbledon. Following a soft strip of the building, the core scheme encompassed the refurbishment of 4 floors of office space to CAT A standard. This included structural, architectural and MEPH work. The vision for the space was to create a cost effective, flexible office environment that satisfied the BREEAM Very Good accreditation. We worked with the Designers to ensure new concepts and approaches were included in the budgetary allowance.
