Bruceshaw is providing cost management and Employer’s Agent services on this scheme. The project encompasses 3 apartment blocks which are 5, 6 and 7 storeys high and basement car parking for residents. The development includes penthouse apartments in one block and a sky garden in another. This was a negotiated scheme as the client was already confident in our ability to manage the scheme. Part of the scheme has been delivered 4 months early, this has been enabled by utilising pre-fabricated wall panels off site which saved a significant amount of time.
The scheme is located within a dense urban environment requiring robust logistics plans to keep it within programme.
