Due diligence on data centre accommodation.
Commercial due diligence on Visa’s proposed acquisition of data centre accommodation.
The accommodation totalled 10,000 square foot, sourced from three leading data centre developers.
Bruceshaw’s role included an extensive revision of the developer’s proposals – from a technical and commercial perspective.
During the vendor’s shortlisting process, Bruceshaw were responsible for negotiating the costs of converting the developer facility to SEAP3 rating.
Bruceshaw have also played an active part in agreeing and negotiating acceptable terms with the agreement for lease, and lease for the tenant.
The role has recently been extended to include acting as the tenant’s representative during the detailed design and construction stage.
