Bruceshaw were initially appointed to undertake commercial due diligence on Visa’s proposed acquisition of data centre accommodation (10,000 sq ft) from 3 leading data centre developers. Our role included an extensive revision of the developer’s proposals from a technical and commercial perspective. During the vendor shortlisting process, Bruceshaw were responsible for negotiating the costs of converting the developer facility to SEAP3 rating.

Furthermore, we have played an active part in agreeing and negotiating acceptable terms with the agreement for lease and lease for the tenant. Our role has recently been extended to include acting as Tenant’s Representative during the detailed design and construction stage.
