The project

Split-site development of student accommodation.

The first part of the accommodation is based at McClintock Street – a prime site in the heart of Belfast city centre. The new accommodation will replace the old Met College and is located in a prominent area known as The Linen Green. Spread across 15 floors, it will include 476 en suite bedrooms, 84 communal kitchens, study and meeting rooms, communal spaces and facilities for bike storage, laundry, staff offices and a retail unit, plus much more.

The second part of the accommodation is located on College Avenue and is the larger of the two sites. Spread over 15 floors, it features 803 bedrooms, 140 communal kitchens, study and meeting rooms, communal spaces and facilities for bike storage, laundry, staff offices and retail units. It will also have welfare facilities, landscaped courtyards and an enclosed car park.
