Bruceshaw are appointed to provide cost management, Employer’s Agent and project designer services on this project. This scheme comprises of 18 luxury residential units and 3 levels of basements for car parking and a spa to be constructed behind a retained a listed facade. This facade will be supported mid air throughout the construction period as work proceeds below and around the elements of the retained facade.
Bruceshaw has supported the client on the project from pre-land purchase onwards assisting our client throughout the design and construction process.
