Bruceshaw were appointed quantity surveyor and employer’s agent on this scheme, delivering 24 units, including commercial space and associated works. This is a mixed use residential development located in Victoria, City of Westminster. The apartment block created private tenure units which range from studios to a 5 bedroom duplex.

The ground floor is designated commercial space and to the rear of the ground floor there will be a small podium car park with 15 parking spaces and a landscaped roof at first floor level. The residential units are designed to meet Code for Sustainable Homes and Lifetime Homes Standard. The first phase of a 3 phase development for Taylor Wimpey, central London.
