We carry out continual assessments on the supply base to ensure they have the capability and capacity to successfully deliver their Service Level Agreements. Registers of approved suppliers can be set up and maintained.
From the initial appointment of the project team, it is imperative that everyone understands the level of service and behaviour which is expected from them. KPI Measurement provides an effective tool to monitor the project teams performance in discharging their Service Level Agreements.
