CDM Co-ordinator Services

Bruce Shaw Partnership provides a comprehensive and fully qualified service under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, acting on behalf of Clients as an independent CDM co-ordinator.

As CDM co-ordinator we advise construction clients in order that they comply with their duties as Client under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.

We adhere to our principles of best practice, quality and added value at no extra cost concerning CDM 2007 Regulations compliance. Our early involvement and experience with projects ensures that Clients are advised regarding fulfilment of their duties as a Construction Client on all projects whether notifiable or non-notifiable. This supports imposed planning and management which ensures project completion on time, within budget and to the required standards. In addition we ensure cleaning, maintenance and repair issues are addressed, whole building life costs are minimised and provision of useful information for maintenance and running costs and possible future development of the building.

Bruce Shaw Partnership has Corporate membership of the Associated of Project Safety (APS) and our CDM co-ordinators are Individual members of the (APS).
