Steven Cooke has headed the Bruce Shaw operation in the United Arab Emirates since 2008 during which time he has worked on large-scale projects such Al Reem Island valued at several billion dollars.
A BSc Surveying graduate of Napier University, Edinburgh, he has gained extensive knowledge of the JCT, FIDIC and RIAI forms of contract and has been responsible for quantity surveying services on major projects in Ireland and the UK before moving to Abu Dhabi.
