Richard Joyce has extensive construction industry experience and has managed costs on some of Ireland’s most prestigious developments, particularly in the commercial, residential and leisure sectors.

He has managed costs on over 1 million square feet of completed office development including Citibank, Cork Couty Council and many of the IFSC blocks in Dublin, together with many Mixed-Use and Retail Projects such as McDonagh Junction Shopping Centre and Ferrybank Shopping Centre.

In addition, he has worked closely with many builder/developers to manage costs on large residential projects such as The Phoenix Park Racecourse Redevelopment and Maplewood's Adamstown development. Amongst his many Hotels projects, he has also recently managed the completion of the Four Seasons on Park Lane, London, and is involved in several high profile projects in the UK.

A BSc Surveying (Hons) graduate of Trinity College Dublin with diplomas in Project Management and Construction Economics, he joined the practice in 1988 as a Senior Surveyor and was appointed Partner in 2002.
