Having joined Bruce Shaw in 1997, Patrick Ryan is today responsible for the overall management and surveying of residential, commercial and industrial projects in Ireland and abroad.

These include Limerick Institute of Technology, Mary Immaculate College, Shannon and Charleville Town Centres, Abbott Pharmaceutical Extension and various public housing projects.

In addition to a BSc Surveying degree from TCD, he holds qualifications in construction law, construction economics and construction studies and is also a BER Registered Assessor on commercial and domestic buildings.
