Joint Managing Partner of Bruce Shaw London, Patrick D’Arcy has over 24 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor and joined the practice in 1990.

He has gained extensive experience in the UK and Europe across a broad range of sectors including tenant and landlord retail, offices, hotels, data-centres, residential and urban regeneration.

As a Partner since 1997 and Joint Managing Partner since 2007, he has been involved in projects for Marks & Spencer plc, Hewlett-Packard, Bank of Ireland, Barratt Homes, Redrow Homes and Durkan Estates.

He holds a BSc Surveying degree from TCD and a Construction Economics diploma from DIT.
