John McIlwaine, Joint Managing Partner of Bruce Shaw Belfast, has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and has successfully managed costs on a broad range of projects including industrial, commercial, retail, leisure and civils.

He has been involved in a number of the major retail developments both in Ireland and the UK involving clients such as Marks & Spencer, B&Q, Tesco, Sainsburys and Lookers plc.

He brings a wealth of experience and as Managing Partner provides strategic leadership to the various teams in the Belfast office.
