James Henderson, Joint Managing Partner of Bruce Shaw Belfast, has over 18 years’ experience in the provision of quantity surveying, cost consultancy and project management services.

He has worked for private clients, public bodies and financial institutions in a broad range of sectors including healthcare (Belfast Trust Framework), commercial (Laganside Courts PFI), retail (Marks & Spencer Donegall Place, Belfast), education (David Keir Building at Queen's University Belfast), residential (Obel mixed-use development, Belfast) and leisure (Ravenhill Rugby Stadium, Belfast) on projects throughout the UK and Ireland.

A BSc (Hons) graduate of the University of Ulster, he joined Bruce Shaw in 1997, became a Partner in 2005 and Joint Managing Partner in 2012.
