The Chairman of Bruce Shaw Dublin, Derry Scully is a past President of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and is a highly respected member of the quantity surveying profession.

He has worked in the construction industry for over 36 years, over thirty of which have been with Bruce Shaw with whom he has earned a reputation as a consultant on large-scale, fast-track developments. These include projects for Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Xerox, Dell Computers and Diageo.

He has a particular expertise in accurate early budget establishment, procurement advice, life cycle and value engineering assessment and risk analysis.
