Chris Patrick has an extensive 17 years’ experience of residential and mixed-use project in the UK and Europe and is responsible for overseeing all UK residential work.

He spent the seven years of his career working for three national developers. Since joining Bruce Shaw, he has managed Kew Riverside, Leamouth Peninsula and projects for such clients as Redrow, Ballymore, Candy & Candy, David Wilson, Barratt, Laing Explore, Anderson, Crest Nicholson, Bellway, Ward, Paul Newman, Durkan Estates, Frogmore, United House, Howarth and many others, including private clients on high net worth projects.

A BSc (Hons) graduate and RCIS registered, he joined Bruce Shaw in 2000 as a Senior Surveyor and was appointed Partner in 2008.
