John has extensive experience in the Construction Sector. Previously a Director of Hardwicke, the major Dublin Property Company. Established JJ Ballance & Co Limited in Dublin in 1974 as the first Project Management Consultancy in Ireland. Following the success of the Company in Ireland, established JJ Ballance & Co Limited in London in 1984. He was appointed Chairman of Bruce Shaw Project Management in 2004.

John has extensive industry experience at a strategic level in working closely with a Client to establish the parameters within which project key targets are identified and executed. John maintains a high level overview of the execution of a project, ensuring the objectives are met, and taking action to ensure any deviations are addressed.
