Ciarán Chesser has over 25 years’ experience as contracts, commercial and project manager within a range of construction sectors including healthcare, process and technology together with large mixed-use schemes involving hotel, residential, retail and commercial.

In addition, he has significant expertise in undertaking major infrastructure projects including motorway, rail, ports, dredging and reclamation.

He joined Bruce Shaw in 2007 to manage our Bucharest, Romania office and since 2009 has been active in the GCC in charge of our regional project management (PMO) assignments.
