Tony Madden has over 25 years’ experience as a Construction Cost Consultant and has been responsible for providing the full range of quantity surveying services on a wide variety of projects. Early cost control and procurement advice, cost planning and the preparation of tender documentation are among his specialities.

Major projects on which he has worked include the Convention Centre Dublin, Spencer Dock, Number One Central Park and Digicel in Jamaica.

He joined Bruce Shaw in 1998 after several years working the in the UK and Hong Kong.
