Stephen Ashe has gained extensive experience in almost all sectors since joining Bruce Shaw in 1999, including residential, retail, commercial, industrial, leisure and mixed-use developments.

Responsible for providing the full range of quantity surveying services, from feasibility studies to project completion, he has worked on projects for Bord Gais, Citigroup, Morrison Hotel and Cork County Council, among others.

He has also worked as an Expert Witness and Conciliator on dispute resolutions for various schemes and is a member of Bruce Shaw’s Technical Legal Support Team.
