Since he joined Bruce Shaw in 1999, Niall Cox has managed a variety of high profile projects such as AIB Bankcentre and the Eircom Headquarters building. Project monitoring and due diligence are among his specialities and he has particular experience in working with management contracts and providing technical advice on PPP projects.

Holding a degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Ulster, he has worked on such projects at the Microsoft EPDC Office development, Pavilions Shopping Centre, Penneys on Mary Street and the UCD Science Centre.
