Elaine joined Barton Bruce Shaw Pte Ltd in 2005 and has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. Having worked on many various types of developments in Singapore, she is highly experienced in providing cost consultancy and quantity surveying services to both private and public sector clients .

She is currently working on a Design & Build New Public Housing project, lift upgrading works to the Public Housing for matured estates and also Civil Engineering works for the Housing Development Board of Singapore. She also oversees the Term Contract works to Park Connectors for the National Park Board and the Singapore Botanical Garden.
