Experienced in a wide variety of construction projects, Chris Matthews is responsible for handling pre- and post-contract cost control from initial budgets through to final completion. Sectors in which he has been involved include residential, commercial, industrial and retail as well as projects such as Mary Immaculate College and Barrington’s Hospital development.

Holder of a surveying degree from Heriot-Watt University and diplomas in construction economics and project management, he is also a BER Assessor for Domestic and Commercial Buildings and a Registered Assessor for Display Energy Certificates.
