Brian McCay, who has over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry, joined Bruce Shaw in 1999 and has developed an expertise in the commercial, residential, education and conservation sectors, with a reputation for delivering complex projects on budget.

His major projects include Spencer Dock, Sweepstakes Centre and Montevetro office developments, NUI Maynooth, Grand Canal Square, the Merrion Hotel and Central Park Leopardstown.

He has qualifications in quantity surveying, construction economics, project management, construction law and contract administration.
