Bruce Shaw provided full cost management services on the €40m project to develop a Marine Institute in Galway for the Office of Public Works on a 9-hectare greenfield site.

The project included laboratories and offices (9,900sq.m), associated outbuildings (300sq.m), a 300sq.m conference building, a crèche, associated siteworks and a 1,100m road upgrade along the site boundary.
