Bruce Shaw was responsible for the cost planning, control and estimating aspects of the both the architectural/civils and MEP works on the University Campus Project at the King Abdullah University of Science & Technology in Saudi Arabia.

Bruce Shaw’s work included the preparation and review of tender packages, negotiation of contract variations with sub-contractors and subsequent assessment of contractual claims. Agreement of final accounts yielded significant savings and the company also implemented a change management system for the client.
