€19 million was invested by the owners to develop the luxury and exclusive 16-bedroom Merrion Hotel in the centre of Dublin which demanded the restoration of four listed Georgian townhouses.

Full pre- and post contract cost control services were provided by Bruce Shaw on a project which included a leisure facility, conference centre and underground car park.
