The impressive Town Hall in Dun Laoghaire had inadequate space to accommodate the operations of the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council so new Civic Offices were required.

Working on behalf of the Council, Bruce Shaw provided full cost management services on the €10.8 million project to build a four-storey extension to the existing building and a two-level basement car park, together with refurbishment of the adjoining Post Office and Town Hall.
