This £12m project involved the installation of externally located generators and internal UPSs within plants rooms at the Department’s data centre. Part of the challenge was to complete the maintenance work with minimum disruption and downtime within a multi-tenanted building. Bruce Shaw worked with the client to provide cost management services for the project.
