The high specification €240 million Central Park development in Sandyford required the services of Bruce Shaw on its quantity surveying aspects, including the financial management of the M&E services installation.

The project included five office buildings and a 160-bedroom hotel, as well as all roads and basement car park. A management contract procedure was adopted for the construction of two blocks to allow work on site to start before detailed design completion.
