Bruce Shaw are apoointed as Project and Cost managers on the fit out of Marks & Spencer's 15,000 sq. m. corporate headquarters in Paddington Basin, London.

The CAT A and B installations encompass general office accommodation, meeting room suites, catering facilities, product areas and services support areas.

The ground floor reception area is also being fitted out with two specialist retails units that showcase Marks and Spencer's food brands.

Bruce Shaw were initially engaged as part of the due diligence team for Marks and Spencer and were involved in agreeing technical aspects of the Agreement for Lease and negotiating commercial matters with the Developer.

The project involves the relocation and decanting of staff from two existing facilities to suit the revised accommodation strategy.  The main challenge on this project is developing office accommodation that is sufficiently flexible to meet the changing requirements of the the Client over a three year period.
