Part of a large development for Medici Asset Management at Victoria, this project involved refurbishing two Victorian listed buildings and converting them into 20,000sq.ft. of Grade A office space over seven floors.

Bruce Shaw provided cost management services on the £5m project which involved the replacement of the stair core, lift shafts, and all building services and finishes throughout the building as well three apartments in the rear mews.
