Bruce Shaw were appointed as cost manager to secure planning approval for Liverpool Central Regeneration.

The proposed buildings comprised of two main residential towers of 30 storeys, two hotels, retail and commercial accommodation and multi level basements. The site is located in a restricted city centre location on the site of the old Central Station.
