The Scheme involved the development of a site in Bournemouth to create 55 new sea view luxury apartments, with roof terraces on the second and seventh floors and balconies at all levels. The building was constructed with an in situ concrete frame structure for the ground to the 6th with a steel frame structure for the 7th floor.

The scheme included a 92 space car park situated within the building on the ground and first floor beneath the apartments, as well as all landscaping and associated external works.
