The development of 210,000 sq ft involved a mix of new-build and refurbishment in the construction of 150 luxury riverside apartments in 6 blocks from 3 to 7 storeys.
The facades of a section of the former riverside warehouse buildings were retained and restored. The new buildings were mainly brickclad reinforced concrete framed buildings on piled foundations.
All the apartments were completed to a very high standard over a 2 year period.
The scheme involved exclusive car parking and complex river wall repairs. |
