The scheme comprised the conversion of former council offices (120,000 sq ft) in the centre of Bristol into 105 luxury apartments over 10 floors (including basement car park).

The development of 210,000 sq ft involved a mix of new-build and refurbishment in the construction of 150Nr luxury riverside apartments in 6Nr blocks of varying height from 3 to 7 storeys.

The Scheme involved the development of a site in Bournemouth to create 55 new sea view luxury apartments.
