The scheme comprised the conversion of former council offices in the centre of Bristol into 105 luxury apartments over 10 floors (including basement car park). The project included new external insulated render, new windows with complete strip out and re-fit internally. The building was divided into packages which were let individually. Each apartment was specified to a high standard including timber floors.

The project successfully addressed the challenges resulting from the building bridging a dual carriageway.
