Our role was to re-model a penthouse apartment (shell by others), this incorporated exact detailing, 'cutting edge' audio visual and security equipment.

A site logistical appraisal was undertaken by us and the design team.

In 2006 this project achieved one of the highest UK market rates for a residential apartment.
