The Works entail the construction of 32 Nr dwellings comprising 20 Nr houses and 12 Nr apartments, together with associated external works.

The scheme comprises of the conversion of an existing social club into residential dwellings together with new build construction of 6 nr town houses and 8 nr apartments within a four storey block with a mansard roof construction to the apartment block.
