The scheme comprised the construction of 124 luxury studios and 1 bedroom apartments over 8 floors and finished to an extremely high standard. This consisted of a concrete based frame with masonry cladding on a raft foundation.

The project was located within the confines of very narrow streets in the area between Smithfield and Farringdon, with entrances on to Hosier Lane and Cock Lane and presented various challenges of working in extremely limited space.
