The development consisted of 85 luxury apartments and 210,000 sq ft of commercial units. The project was an exciting re-creation of an historic landmark, The Prices Candle Factory on York Road in Battersea, London. The original warehouses were built in the 1850's, and prior to this it a former London Palace of the Archbishop of York.

The scheme embodied a unique design of modern new build and re-build, behind a beautifully detailed Victorian façade. The apartments were finished to an exceptionally high standard.
