The development encompasses a new build residential development on a brown field site, including 122 apartments for rent, 50 shared equity and 398 private sale apartments spread over 16 buildings. In addition to the residential element of the scheme, there is 44,000 sq.ft of commercial and retail space.

The works are being undertaken as a single project with multiple phased handovers and complex infrastructure sequencing.

Bruce Shaw were Quantity Surveyors, Employers Agent and Construction Managers (fitout) on a project period of 3 years.

The Development comprises of new build residential development on a brown field site, including 446 apartments for sale over 11 buildings. In addition there is 80,000 sq.ft of Cat A commercial office space and retail areas with a basement car park over the entire site.
