The construction of the first Northern Ireland Out of Town Shopping Centre comprising a 100,000 ft^2> Marks & Spencer Unit, together with 3 major retail units (120,000 ft^2>) together with Malls, Public Toilets and Management Suite. The scheme also included major off site highway works and extensive civil engineering. Since construction Bruce Shaw Partnership have been retained to provide Cost Management Services for further extension and modernisation works.
