The scheme comprised the construction of 70,000 ft2 Tesco Store with 150,000 ft2 retail terrace and a new medical centre. Associated siteworks and drainage, including undercroft carparking and highway works.

Abnormal site conditions encountered including retaining structures and associated site boundary conditions, rock excavation and storm drainage attenuation.
