The Works entail part demolition of the existing shopping centre and a phased extension and refurbishment contract including construction of ground floor retail units/mall and first floor food court area with roof deck parking facilities, multi-storey car park additional level, and associated external works and drainage.

Phase 2: Extension (100,000 ft2) retail and multi-storey car parking

Procurement of Phase 1 was using a Two-Stage Tender process and Phase 2 was a negotiated tender with the Phase 1 Contractor.
