Phase 1 was 129,150 ft² and Phase 2 was 95,000 ft².

Phase 1 included new link road and roundabout infrastructure works. Site conditions indicated the requirement for major cut and fill earth work operations and retaining structures.

Phase 1 - Retail development of non-food shell retail units, comprising 1 DIY anchor store and 5 smaller units. Associated site works and drainage including retaining walls, car parking, service yards, landscaping and new link road and roundabout works. The contract works also included developers tenant shell enhancement works for each unit.

Phase 2 also included major earthwork operations, rock excavation and retaining structures.
