The scheme comprises the construction of major city centre retail shopping centre with office block and multi-storey car park with 1630 spaces.
The shopping centre of 480,000 sq ft consists of a two storey retail area with malls finished to a high specification including feature glass lifts and large water feature areas. The office block is a curtain wall clad 5 storey steel frame structure fitted out shell only. The 6 storey carpark area is constructed of steel frame, precast concrete upper floors, insitu concrete spiral ramps.
