The scheme comprises the construction of 100,000 ft² DIY Warehouse building with offices, coffee shop and toilets. External works comprised a garden centre, service yard, bulk goods area, together with car parking, drainage and landscaping.

This was a Brown Field Site requiring decontamination works, including clean cover barriers, bentonite slurry trench cut-off walls and disposal of contaminated material.
