The scheme comprised the construction of 202,000 ft² of Retail Units which included a 72,000 ft² Tesco Unit, Tesco Petrol Filling Station, 100,000 ft² B&Qwith associated Garden Centre, 30,000 ft² of other Retail Units, including associated car parking, service yards and drainage.
